REFUNDS

Hair must be returned within 7 business days after being received. Lace must not be cut, hair must be in its original form.

GLUE-LESS INSTALLS

If you make a booking for a glue-less install and you are 30minutes late or more, the booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be made as it affects all bookings for the day.
